This is the espresso blend that we use for our house coffee, named after the area where we are based. Charlestown is more of a traditional style blend, a touch darker than the Unione, with lots of body, which cuts perfectly through milk.

This is a regional lot from San Martin de Pangoa and a Catimor variety.. We source this coffee through Volcafe, their origin operation, Prodelsur, sources this lot based on a taste profile from 140 smallholder farmers. The farmers we-mill the cherries themselves and deliver the parchement to Prodelsur’s dry-mill, where the parchement is dried with soloar dryers, trays or mechanical dryers.
